How we define a conversation
A conversation generally means one visitor chat session with the assistant. The final enrollment disclosure will identify any provider-specific session window or measurement rule before the customer authorizes a subscription.
If a monthly conversation allowance is reached, the assistant may be paused, limited or presented with a contact option until the next billing period or an approved plan adjustment. Dendryte will not add an undisclosed overage charge.

Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time online via our cancellation form, by emailing info@dendrytesolutions.com, or by calling 833-221-1634.
Cancellation stops eligible future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for an active or completed billing period.
