Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dendryte LLC, operating under the Dendryte Solutions brand, may collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit dendrytesolutions.com, contact us or use services provided by Dendryte Solutions.
1. SCOPE
This Policy applies to the Dendryte website, inquiries, customer onboarding, managed website-assistant services and related communications.
Customer websites using a Dendryte-configured assistant may also have their own privacy policies and responsibilities.
2. INFORMATION PROVIDED DIRECTLY
The contact form collects a name, business name, business email, optional phone number, website URL, plan interest, primary goal, optional traffic estimate, inquiry message and consent confirmation. The cancellation form collects a customer or business name, account email, optional plan and reason, immediate-termination choice and consent confirmation.

- Selected plan or service interest
- Inquiry message
- Customer instructions

Contact inquiries and online cancellation requests are stored in Dendryte’s hosted database so they can be delivered, tracked, matched and handled. Information submitted to a configured customer assistant depends on that assistant’s approved workflow and the information a visitor chooses to provide.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
The website hosting and application infrastructure process limited technical information such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Requested pages
- Referral information
- Date and time
- Error and security logs
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Dendryte does not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account credentials through its ordinary website forms or chatbot conversations. If payment services are activated, complete payment credentials will be submitted directly to and processed by a hosted payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
5. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE USED
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries
- Evaluate website compatibility
- Configure and deliver requested services
- Communicate about setup, support and account matters
- Send operational notices
- Process payments through a provider
- Prevent misuse, fraud and security incidents
- Maintain business and transaction records
- Comply with applicable obligations
- Improve approved service workflows
We apply data minimization principles, limiting the collection and use of information to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
6. AI AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING
Information submitted to a configured assistant may be processed using third-party AI and service technology to generate responses, route inquiries or support configured workflows.
Visitors should not submit complete payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, detailed medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary chat.
AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace qualified professional judgment.
7. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Dendryte uses hosted infrastructure and database providers to operate the website and store form records, and Resend to deliver inquiry and cancellation emails. Dendryte may also use providers for:
- Hosting
- AI functionality
- Email delivery
- Payment processing
- Security
- Data storage
- Customer support
- Technical integrations
Dendryte limits the information disclosed to service providers to what is reasonably necessary for them to perform services on Dendryte’s behalf. Service providers may process information under their own agreements, privacy notices and legal obligations. Dendryte does not authorize service providers to use information supplied by Dendryte for their independent advertising purposes unless that practice is clearly disclosed and any legally required choice or consent is provided.
8. SALES AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Dendryte does not sell personal information for money. Dendryte does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. DATA RETENTION
Contact inquiry and cancellation-request records are stored until they are no longer reasonably needed for response, account administration, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security or applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational settings of the hosting and infrastructure providers. Specific periods may vary by record type and applicable requirements.
10. SECURITY
Dendryte uses server-side validation, request-size limits, origin checks, rate limiting, automated-submission controls, duplicate protection and restricted credential handling for the website forms. Application logs are structured to omit submitted form contents. No internet-based transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. CUSTOMER-CONTROLLED ASSISTANTS
Business customers remain responsible for:
- Their own privacy notices
- Deciding what visitor information to request
- Having a lawful basis for their collection and use
- Responding to their visitors
- Maintaining accurate source content
- Avoiding prohibited or unnecessary sensitive data
- Giving Dendryte lawful instructions
12. PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS
Depending on where an individual resides and the circumstances of the processing, the individual may have rights concerning personal information associated with them. These rights may include requesting access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain information, or objecting to certain processing.
To submit a request, email info@dendrytesolutions.com with the subject ‘Privacy Request.’ Include enough information for Dendryte to identify the relevant relationship or record, but do not include complete payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, passwords or government identification numbers.
Dendryte may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and authority before fulfilling a request. A request may be limited or denied where permitted by applicable law, including when information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Dendryte will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a jurisdiction provides a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, instructions for submitting an appeal will be included in the response.
13. CHILDREN
The services are intended for businesses and people at least 18 years old and are not directed toward children under 13. Dendryte does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
